Warranty Policy

Exhibit Supply stands by the quality of its products. For the original retail purchaser with a valid sales receipt, we offer a warranty period of 1, 3, or 5 years (depending on the product and model) from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal and expected use, as determined by the manufacturer. Our commitment is to either repair or replace the product or its parts, as per our review.

Before sending back any part or product, please contact us for specific warranty return shipping instructions. Please note that all shipping costs must be prepaid, and we are not liable for products damaged during transit.

It’s important to mention that this warranty becomes void if the product has been altered or modified. It also doesn’t cover damages caused by natural forces like wind or rain, deliberate damage, or product use that doesn’t align with the provided instructions. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is provided instead of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Remember, the warranty is valid only if the purchase is made directly from Exhibit Supply or an authorized Exhibit Supply dealer.
