Assembly Instructions

While one person can assemble our products, we recommend a two-person setup for optimal results. You can download instructions for every product on the product page. We also have tutorials on our YouTube page, www.YouTube.com/ExhibitSupply

Canopy Use

Exhibit Supply products are intended for temporary use only. Please note that damages caused by weather conditions are not covered under warranty.

In windy conditions, ensure the stability of your canopy using stakes, tie-downs, or weight bags. Avoid extending the legs to the maximum height in light to moderate winds for better results. It is advised to fasten the tie-downs directly to the frame rather than the fabric top itself.

Safety Precautions

  • Keep all flame and heat sources away from the tent fabric.
  • The fabric meets CPAI-84, ULC-S109, and NFPA 701 specifications for flame resistance but is not fireproof. Continuous contact with any flame source can cause the fabric to burn.

Maintenance

To maintain the quality of your canopy, it is recommended that you store it in a dry location on its feet with a canopy cover, roller bag, or other protective cover.

Do not store the canopy while wet or damp.

Post-Use Inspection

To keep your canopy in its best condition, after each use, inspect all screws to make sure they are not loose.

Replace any bent or damaged parts before reusing them to prevent further damage and maintain your warranty.

Washing

Wash with mild soap and water while the Canopy is open with the legs on the lowest setting. We use a pressure washer set on low with a wide spray pattern to clean our canopies. Good soaps to use are those intended for use on commercial-grade fabrics such as car/boat covers, furniture, carpets, etc. It is always suggested to try a new soap on a small corner first.

Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasives, or bleach for cleaning.
